We are currently focused on building our herd. Our first beef cattle will be born in the fall of 2023! We are implementing a feeding protocol recommended by a very experienced Wagyu breeders. The key is patience! The results should be outstanding! Our first Wagyu beef will be available to purchase in the spring of 2026.
